The process begins with clarifying your goals, motivation, and budget. We then decide on a level of service that works for you.

Level 1 is chosen when you have one property in mind. This happens when you have an off market opportunity, or a home you are determined to have, type of situation. If it’s not this house then you will delay buying. We work through the process online.

Level 2 is an online collaboration for an agreed time rather than limit of properties.

Level 3 is often used by those relocating from interstate or overseas, or for those who cannot view homes in person regularly.

This option is offered online. Homes are inspected by you, and discussed at our weekly meeting. We have a shared access spreadsheet to note homes liked, searched, discarded, and given a star to pursue more deeply.
On market and off market, all options explored in the search for your perfect home.
We talk through each process, guiding research, pricing, negotiations, bidding at auction, contract guidance, from Sale to Settlement.
Often people want a degree of hands on, they also want to view homes themselves. Doing it for yourself with a guide to shadow you.
We work through the process, still ticking each box, but we do it together, in collaboration.

The process is the same however you are viewing homes by Facebook or Whatsapp or an alternative video option. We look in all the nooks and crannies, as if my 5 senses were yours.

We explore on market and off market, with weekly online meetings to discuss and dissect. We are completely in tune and are able to act quickly as needed.
The process is still a process. It’s my role in your life to not only help you secure the home but tick all the preceding boxes.
