A SOUNDING BOARD is being able to run an idea, a problem, an opinion, bouncing concepts off an experienced, knowledgeable, independent real estate agent. Gaining feedback, fresh perspectives, an indication of your ideas having merit, are they practical, getting clarity before you act

The benefit of hindsight, reviewing your answer to a previous conversation, and coming up with a better response. We all do it. The problem with hindsight in real estate is the better response is often too late, the price has been negotiated, the terms set, and the contract signed, perhaps the house missed out on. A SOUNDING BOARD session is usually available within 24 hours, if a more urgent appointment is required then it depends on time availability however, we can usually work something out so you can get on your way with your real estate decisions sorted

SOUNDING BOARDS are booked as needed. If you decide that you need more help, more often, then we can upgrade you to our advocacy path. There are 3 choices of advocacy,
